Metal Bubble Trio is the new project from singer/songwriter and composer Andrew Dost. Dost got his start playing in indie bands before breaking through as one-third of the indie pop trio Fun. After that band went their separate ways, Dost has largely worked behind the scenes, composing for film and television. During that time, he also fell in love with bossa nova, jazz, and exotica, all of which shaped the contours of his latest musical project and Metal Bubble Trio’s forthcoming debut album, Cucumber.
