The week ahead is a mixed picture. Both Aries and Taurus are heavily tenanted right now which brings a curious mix of motivation followed by procrastination, inspiration followed by lethargy. Our goals centre around using our resources, making them work hard for us to increase our security. But sometimes it’s a struggle to move the energies in the right direction – or so it seems. Mars, the ruler of Aries, is currently in Cancer so the best way to focus our energy is to make an emotional connection to what we are doing and why. Just gunning for something because it looks good financially isn’t going to make the cut. Yes, safety and basic survival issues are important, but we need to listen to our gut, trust our intuition, allow our feelings to guide our actions. Sometimes we have to take the long route to get what we want. Still, the spirited solar conjunction to Jupiter this week reminds us to keep the big picture in mind and to have faith in ourselves.  Be generous with your smile. Spread some joy as you move through this world. Do more of what makes you happy.
