A very unique piece up for offer, a rare 7928 from 1960 being one of the earliest known PCG with the serial 325xxx. The lume appears to be original and some plots have aged green, giving it the very unique look and turning the dial to a tropical brown. Hands are original gilt with the lume also having turned green. Chamfers still present though worn, it may have been polished before. There are scratches to the dial as shown unfortunately. The bracelet is a period correct 7206 rivet stamped 3-69, there is a repair at the back of the clasp joining to the bracelet. The caseback is 1964 stamped so it can be presumed to have been replaced at some point. Watch is keeping really good time, around 10s a day, though I have no history of service work. Crystal appears to be original, perhaps some members may be able to confirm but by looking at the size of it, I believe it to be a super dome. Box and papers included.
Looking at other examples, I think this would be fairly priced at £15,000 GBP. Open to reasonable offers and trades.
Returns accepted if not as described.
