Hello world, i am still learning about 6263 and still have tons other think to learn. Help me learn with this watch 1979:

From what i can see:
1. Something is wrong with the lume plot at 3 o'clock. It is darker than the other.

2. The tritium in the hand is slightly whiter than the lume plot. So it has been replaced? But it is probably replaced with tritium hand instead of luminova hand?

3. The lume plot at 1, 6, 7 o'clock show some gradation. Is this an indication of them being relumed?

4. The screw down pusher has been replaced? The bottom one replace with MK3 that come out in 1982, and the top one is an even newer generation.

5. The bezel is MK2 which is period correct. The condition is very bad tho

6. The lug was dented badly, and has been polished

7. I am not sure about the case especially the part with engraving. The section with 6263 engraving looks great. But the one with the serial number looks horrible. Is this common?

8. The text "daytona" also close to the subdial which is also period correct?

I cant comment on the case and movement. Are they period correct? I cannot find any source that show the variation of case and movement.

Do i miss anything? Thank you
