Just blocks from the lush expanse of San Francisco’s historic Presidio, exclusive Presidio Terrace is a rarity in a city known for singularities—a miniature master-planned community named for its single privately owned street. In 1905, construction began along this pleasant elliptical cul-de-sac, which features 36 magnificent properties in a variety of architectural styles, from Beaux-Arts and Italian Renaissance to Mission and Tudor Revival.
