This year has been going great for the Gretzkys. Starting with a new avatar as a host for the NHL, Wayne Gretzky is now on a vacation in St. Barthes, away from the hockey traffic. With Paulina vacationing in Mexico and Ty and Sara Gretzky celebrating their anniversary, the family is indeed in a perfect holiday mood..

Recently, Janet Gretzky shared a picture of her son and daughter-in-law with a beautiful encomium that made her fans praise the pictures. Evidently, the duo is completing only three years of their forever togetherness. Let’s get to know what Mrs. Gretzky wrote about the event.

Janet Gretzky took to her Instagram to share her heartfelt message for her son Ty and daughter-in-law Sara. As the couple celebrated their anniversary, Ty’s mother shared a throwback picture of them from their wedding day. She captioned it, “Happy Anniversary to these 2 beautiful souls Ty and Sara”. The picture clearly visualized their happiness. While Sara flaunted her beautiful white wedding gown and held flowers, Ty was spotted donning a classic white shirt and black suit. Ty complimented his look with a bow tie, which enhanced his look further. In fact, Paulina’s son Tatum was also there in the picture.

Ty commented on his mother’s post with three red hearts, which eventually caught the eye of the fans. In fact, he too has posted about their anniversary on his Instagram story and shared his mother’s beautiful wish on it. In addition, he also added a picture that Sara Gretzky posted tagging the hockey player and captioning “Forever“. Notably, the couple has a two-year-old daughter named Sicily Marie Gretzky.

However, the picture got a fair amount of attention from the hockey fans. They flocked to the comment section of the post to share their heartfelt messages for the couple.

While many followers congratulated the duo on their anniversary, some, interestingly, mixed them with senior Gretzky’s and wrote –

“Crazy, I thought that was you and Wayne”

“Happy Anniversary Janet and 99 “

“I thought it was them as well.”

In fact, to clarify the confusion, Janet replied to one of the comments, “Thank you but it’s Ty and Sara ”. The resemblance was so perfect that even the die-hard fans got confused. Another fan adorably wrote, “Sicily is a baby doll, and we can’t wait to meet her little brother or sister!” With all the out-pour of affections, it seems that the fans never miss a chance to appreciate the adorable couple.
