The term "staff augmentation outsourcing" describes the procedure through which a business employs independent contractors, consultants, or other outside service providers whose main duty is to increase the client's current workforce. They are generally hired when a company needs particular talents and cannot find or keep regular workers. As a result, the contractors carry out departmental duties and follow supervisors' daily instructions. However, they receive their wages from a different organisation, and their assignments might be abruptly terminated without reason.
