Method1: Via Orbi Web-based Interface 

The Web-based interface of the Orbi device can be access through the computer connected with the Orbi network. So, the first step to access the Orbi interface is connecting the computer with the Orbi via Ethernet cable or SSID credentials.

Step1: Connect Computer with Orbi 

There are two ways to link your computer with the Orbi router network: via Ethernet cable or SSID credentials.

Ethernet Cable:

• Use a pair of cable and connect it to the computer’s Ethernet port.

• Connect the other end to the Orbi device (either router or satellite) LAN port.

Step2: Access to Orbilogin.net 

Open any updated web browser in your computer and enter the login URL orbilogin.net or IP address 192.168.1.1. Reach the interface login page on your browser. Enter the admin username and password here, then click LOGIN button.

Step3: Change Various Settings 

You will access the Orbi interface dashboard wherein you can change the WiFi password, admin password, adjust frequency channels, Orbi firmware and many more.

Method2: Via Orbi App Through Phone

Orbi app is fast and easy way to manage the settings of the Orbi device from your phone. To begin, you have to download the app or update the app if you have it in your phone.

Step1: Download the App If You Don’t Have 

To download the Orbi app in your phone from the Play Store or App Store. Or if you have installed it, then check for a new update from the Store.

Step2: Access into Orbi App 

Now, open the app in your phone and access it through the MyNETGEAR account. If you don’t have one then create the Orbi account by taping the Sign Up button and enter the name, Email ID and create the password. A mail will send to your entered email to confirm the account. Tap Confirm to verify the account.

Step3: Adjust Various Settings 

Get back to the app on your phone, enter the username and password that you have created, and tap LOGIN. In the app, you can easily adjust any feature and Orbi firmware (latest version).
